Fred & Sheila Stewart Family Newsletter
2008
lickumstickum@frontiernet.net
We appreciate you and your cards, letters, e-mails, photos, and/or phone calls. Thanks!

We have had many blessings this year! We have 3 new grandbabies (see sidebar) : Matthew Mark Murdock Feb 27, Tysen Nicole Talley April 23, and Samuel Lewis Dalton Oct 22. It was fun to go help while our daughters recuperated. We were able to attend all of the baby blessings. We had 2 baptisms, Danielle Dalton in Utah and Kaelyn Stewart in Arkansas . Fred was not able to get off work, so I flew to Arkansas to attend Kaelyn’s baptism. It was fun to be with them for a week. We were able to attend Danielle’s baptism too. So, we’ve had lots of trips :).

In June it was fun to watch our headstone being installed at the cemetery, so we are ½ set :)

Keith & Lisa were in charge of our Stewart reunion in July in Show Low, AZ, and they did well–it was a big job! Most of our families were able to attend. It was the same week & the
same place as the McCleve reunion so we were able to be with them on Thur, Friday & Sat.

Fred is busy with his church callings (Finance Clerk, Indexing, and Home Teaching) and driving school bus.

I, Sheila, like to read e-mails and to be at home. I am thankful for my dear husband and family! I am thankful for the plan of happiness, so we can feel comfort and peace in these troubled times. I am thankful for our phones so we can keep in touch with our children, friends and relatives. It was lots of fun helping to plan my 50th high school class reunion which was in September. We had a good attendance and it was fun to see and be with classmates again. It is fun being the Webelos leader to 5 boys. I like to cut hair, make bread, paper airplanes & snowflakes.

Fred & I made a world temple map. We put a silver map pin wherever there is a temple. We are thankful that there is a temple in Snowflake, so we are able to serve there 2 afternoons a week. Most Wed. I do a temple session with my aunt, sisters, & cousins, then we to go out to eat and visit.
